Book a call

AI that handles the routine work, so your people can do the paid work.

ProfitCentricAI builds practical AI systems for service businesses: answering and following up on calls, qualifying leads, asking for reviews, and tracking job costs. Each one is set up with privacy and consent in mind and measured against numbers you already track.

What we build

Systems for the work that slips when you're busy

We start where a business loses money without noticing: calls that go to voicemail, leads nobody follows up, happy customers nobody asks for a review, jobs that quietly run over.

Call answering for trades

Picks up when you can't, in your business name. Takes the details, books the job where your calendar allows, and texts you a summary.

  • Emergencies flagged to you right away
  • Callers told they're speaking with an automated assistant
  • Your hours, service area and rules
Pilot open in Alberta

Lead research and qualification

Works out which local businesses are worth your time, and shows the evidence and the likely value behind each one, so you call the right ten instead of a hundred.

In development

Reviews and reputation

Asks satisfied customers for a review at the right moment, only with their consent, and drafts replies for you to approve.

Planned

Job costing and margins

Shows which jobs make money and where margin leaks, from estimates, invoices and time you already record.

Planned

Custom AI automation

Workflows built around the tools you already use: email, calendars, spreadsheets, your job-management software. Scoped, tested with you, then handed over with notes.

Available now

AI readiness and governance

For teams already trying AI tools: what data they touch, who approves what, and the records you'd want if a customer or regulator asked.

How we work

Measure the leak first, then fix the smallest thing that stops it

Find the leak

We look at where work or money slips today, using your own numbers where you have them.

For example: how many calls went unanswered last month, and when.

Build the smallest fix

One system that targets that leak, set to your hours, rules and wording. No long project before you see anything.

Test it with you

You try it on test calls and sample data before any real customer sees it, and you approve what it says.

Report what changed

A plain monthly report against the starting numbers. If it isn't paying for itself, we say so.

Privacy and consent

Built so you can explain it to a customer

AI that talks to your customers carries your name. We set each system up so you know what it says, what it keeps, and who can see it.

We design around Canadian privacy and anti-spam rules, including PIPEDA, Alberta's PIPA and CASL. This isn't legal advice; for your own obligations, check with your lawyer.

  • Callers know it's automatedThe greeting says so, and a caller can always ask for a person.
  • Consent before follow-upTexts and review requests go only to people who agreed to hear from you.
  • Your data stays yoursKept separate from every other client and never used to serve another business without your written agreement.
  • You approve the wordingWhat the system says to your customers is agreed with you before it goes live.
  • A record of what happenedEach call and message is logged, so you can check what was said and when.

About

Built for local businesses. Made to go much further.

ProfitCentricAI started in Edmonton with one aim: help local service businesses keep the work they're already earning. We build for Alberta owners first, prove results on their own numbers, and stay close enough to fix things the same day.

The longer view is bigger. We want any service business, here or abroad, to have the same practical, accountable AI that large companies take for granted, and to keep the local care that made it work in the first place.
